Broadway Festivals, Inc. presents
2008 4TH ON BROADWAY CELEBRATION

We encourage you to decorate your booth in a patriotic manner. Our theme this year is CELEBRATE 100 YEARS ON BROADWAY!
Deadline for applications is Friday, May 30, 2008. Broadway Festivals, Inc will place vendors on the site map. The earliest postmarked applications will be given preference for requested locations.
Each vendor is required to attend the Vendor's Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on June 26, 2008 at the Mahon Library, 1306 9th Street. At this meeting we will review set-up times, booth locations, operation requirements and general event management.
Your location placement will be given to you at the Evening Concert on July 4th. Once you have been assigned a location at the park, you may NOT move to another location! YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE PARKED IN THE DESIGNATED VENDOR PARKING AREA. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Once again, all vendors must have general liability insurance coverage. You must provide a certificate of general liability insurance with your application. If a certificate is not provided, you will be required to pay an additional charge of $100.00 with your application. If you paid this fee for the Street Fair, tell us so below; we will waive it for the Evening Concert.
Coke sales are a primary source of income for Broadway Festivals, Inc. – the non-profit that produces 4th on Broadway. Accordingly, we handle all drink sales directly – Vendors will be prohibited from selling drinks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep 4th on Broadway the Largest FREE Festival in Texas.
